These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Animoloji: AI Emoji & Image mobile application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The app enables users to create emojis, edit images, and generate AI-based visual content for personal and non-commercial use.

Users may not:

  • Use the app for illegal activities
  • Create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Violate copyrights or third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app

2. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they generate in the app.

  • Do not create unlawful or infringing material.
  • Do not generate content that violates rights or applicable laws.
  • Alyes Apps is not responsible for user-generated content.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require subscription or in-app purchases.

  • Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or the App Store.
  • Pricing, renewals, and cancellations follow platform policies.
  • Subscription cancellations must be managed through the user’s app store account.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, software, and branding in the app belong to Alyes Apps and are protected by copyright.

  • Do not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit app content.
  • Do not reverse engineer the source code.
  • Do not create derivative apps based on our branding.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with services including:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Play Billing
  • AI processing providers (e.g., OpenAI)

6. Limitation of Liability

Alyes Apps:

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free usage
  • Is not responsible for data loss or device malfunction related to the app
  • Is not liable for AI-generated content

The app is provided “as is”.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates will be announced within the app or on the relevant website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Turkey.
